Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Rosie’s Hounds at Heart. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
A customer who wishes to return a product should first email us at email@example.com stating the order number and reason for return. The customer will then be provided with a returns address.
The product must be in good and re-saleable condition on return in order for Rosie’s Hounds at Heart to refund the full purchase price of the product. The cost of the return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise on the individual delivery and return section on each product page. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless stated otherwise.
Your returned item must be in the original packaging with all labels in tact for a refund to be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be issued to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product.
